    Yes, Durianpay has obtained a license from Bank Indonesia. As of December 14, 2022, Durianpay is categorized and licensed to operate as a PJP Category 3 (Penyedia Jasa Pembayaran - Kategori Izin 3). Our license number is 24/1143/JKT/Srt/B.

  • Currently you can make refunds from all payment methods, except for payments by Credit Card.

    To know terms and conditions of doing a refund, please register your business to the Durianpay platform and try the Sandbox feature.

    Based on Bank Indonesia regulations, all payments processed by Durianpay are only in Rupiah.
    NPWP is one of the mandatory documents for registering your account at Durianpay, if you do not have NPWP, please go to KPP to apply for NPWP or you can register online at ereg.pajak.go.id

    You can attach a screenshot of the digital bank application that lists your name and account on the same page

    To check the status of your payment, please provide a screenshot of proof of payment to email support@durianpay.id
    Please also confirm with the merchant regarding the status of the orderer.

    Yes, you can choose the service fee feature charged to the customer.

    If the account has been inactive or there have been no transactions for 12 consecutive months, and Durianpay has contacted you but there is no response, then your Durianpay account will be closed.

    Registration

    Durianpay does not charge registration fees or maintenance fees, we only charge fees based on successful transactions.

    Sandbox mode is available on the dashboard after you verify your email. Through this mode you can play with the API without charging any fees or transferring real money. Sandbox mode gives you the opportunity to thoroughly test the integration before committing to Live mode

    Durianpay has two services, Basic Account and Full Account

    Register yourself first to find out more complete information using only your name, phone number and email address.

    You can activate your Basic Account independently (self-serve) by simply uploading your Identity Card (KTP).

    Please click here for the required documents. Then send the document via email kyb@durianpay.id.

    After applying for upgrade to Full Account, our Sales team will immediately contact you to complete the required documents. The process of checking the completeness of the documents until the activation of your account is carried out no later than three working days.

    If the application for Full Account activation is not approved, you can reapply after at least six (6) months. However, while waiting for the submission process, you can still use Durianpay in the Basic Account service.

    Activation

    You can use all payment methods available on Durianpay.

    The settlement process will be automatically sent to the account you registered on the Durianpay form

    The settlement process will be carried out automatically based on the Durianpay SLA.

  • Virtual Account: D+1 working days
  • E-Wallets: D+2 working days
  • Credit Card: D+3 working days
  • Retail Outlets: D+5 working days
  • The minimum settlement is IDR 10,000.00

    Yes, you can change the destination account that was previously registered by sending a Letter of Change of Account Settlement and email to merchantops@durianpay.id

    Yes, you can change the logo, header color, and link & button color in the Checkout Settings menu.

    There are several integrations that can be used/done:
    Checkout JS, Woocommerce, Android/iOS/Flutter/React SDK, API Integration

    The time required for the integration process varies, depending on each Merchant. Durianpay provides the most complete and easy API documentation for Merchants so that the integration process can be carried out as quickly as possible.

    If you don't want to do zero integration, you can still use the payment link service from Durianpay.

    After the integration is complete, if your account is still in Sandbox mode, you can simulate or test transactions. However, if your account is already in Live mode then you can make genuine transactions.
